Builds a widget for a link.

Used only when inlineLinkBuilder is null. The result is wrapped in a WidgetSpan, which is the shape that made this hook a problem — prefer inlineLinkBuilder, or GptMarkdown.styleSheet's LinkStyle when you only want to restyle.
